The shipping is super quick – only took 3 working days to get to Perth.
Finally, the customer service was amazing, get email updates when it’s ready, shipped etc. then when I needed to resize it was easy to send it back (you just have to pay the shipping back to them, the resizing and return postage with FedEx is free). I would definitely recommend Blue Nile to anyone looking for an engagement ring.
