If your jewellery shows signs of a manufacturing defect, Bevilles will assess the item. Based on their assessment, they will decide whether to repair, replace, or refund your purchase. In some cases, an exchange may also be offered. For watches, the warranty varies by brand, with details provided at the time of purchase. As with jewellery, you’ll need proof of purchase to make any claims for a watch.
When it comes to shipping costs, the responsibility depends on the nature of the issue. If the defect is significant or if the item is large and costly to ship, Bevilles will arrange collection. However, for smaller items where return costs aren’t substantial, you will need to cover the shipping. You may also be eligible for compensation if the defect leads to reasonable additional costs, such as shipping fees.
